Survivor Party Ideas That Won't Send You to Exile Island

Survivor party ideas were taken from the television reality show Survivor. So, if you are 1954 Topps baseball cards fan House of Secrets these shows you might take a run through Strawberry Shortcake of them to pick up on some ideas. You need to invite enough people so that you can divide your group into two groups that can compete against each other.

Survivor party decorations for this party might follow a Hawaiian Luau theme. After all, you need to make the place you are going to party in resemble, to some degree, a tropical island. Tropical plants, leis, a totem pole and a grass hut might be some ideas for decorations. Throw a few rubber snakes lizards and spiders around to make things look a bit more authentic. If you have access to a yard, you might add some torches to add to the atmosphere a bit.

There are a variety of Survivor party games that you can create; some of them may include a scavenger hunt of some sort. In this game, the teams need to collect Star Trek movie like rubber rats, sea shells or even rocks. They have a specific amount of time to do it in, the winner being the person who collects the most. Other games might include a water balloon toss, or giving them the supplies to make an old fashioned log raft and see who completes it first.

A quieter game could be survivor trivia. You might even have teams dig through the garden and collect as many worms as they can find in the allotted time. Celebrate afterwards with a Hawaiian barbeque and relax with some frozen margaritas. The ideas for a survivor theme party are endless. What you ultimately decide to do depends on how adventurous you and your guests want to be. It's the kind of party that may take some careful planning, some work and the help of a couple friends, but in the end it will be all worth it.
